DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEBSITE FOR A SMALL SCALE COMPUTER SCHOOL

INTRODUCTION TO CHAPTER ONE

People are exploring the web and relying on websites to research companies, compare offers, and form opinions about brands and companies more than ever before. In today’s digital age, a website is now required for each business, large or small. If you own a business and do not have a website, you are most likely passing up a number of excellent opportunities. A website can be used to implement a variety of marketing methods to help your organization develop. The internet has a much larger reach than any other kind of advertising. One big factor that contributes to the importance of having a website is increased visibility. Even if individuals have heard of your organization, they may want to conduct preliminary research online before leaving the comfort of their own home. Websites typically include a map and directions to a company’s shops or offices so that visitors are less likely to get lost. Another significant benefit of having a website to represent your company is reputation. A website not only gives you credibility, but it also gives the idea that your firm is larger and more successful than it is.

Websites are also accessible and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As a result, your clients and future consumers can visit your site whenever it is convenient for them to get support or information about new and forthcoming products and services. Your website will serve as a useful and always-available resource for information that might otherwise be available just during business hours at your organization.

1.2 THE PROBLEM’S STATEMENT

Most computer schools now use a manual method of disseminating information about their services. For a prestigious corporation with a huge customer base, this technique is frequently onerous. Customers sometimes form lines to inquire about and research the services provided, wasting valuable and productive time for both the computer school and the customer.

2. Accessibility- A website is online and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
