Research has been accepted by some faculty at Osun State Polytechnic, Iree regarding the evaluation of these different aspects. It has included the evaluation of the scholars, the preceptors, the academic programs, and the advising system. This design is another attempt in this direction. It presents an important aspect of any Polytechnic’s working. In the admission department. First, it analyzes the present of primer working in the Webbing and scoring System in Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Osun State. Realizing the significance which computers have achieved in every field including the educational field, the design also presents a motorized system of webbing and scoring. It discusses the salient features of this system and the advantages that the system has over the primer working.

Statement Of Problem

This design is concentrated on the use of computer in scoring and webbing of recently admitted pupil of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree. It’ll coordinate the introductory demand for admission, scoring and webbing of each candidte, the specification of department, calculating seeker information, and ultimately given a report on admission status of each seeker.

Points And Objects

The end of this design on electronic scoring and webbing system is to make a system that will be effective and reliable to break problem of homemade scoring and webbing system. The objects of this design are as follows

1. To allow easy reclamation and indexing of data about any pupil without wasting time.

2. To reuse large volume of data- a lot of task can be done by using computer to reuse large volume of data in an hour which can done manually by five labor force for days.

3. To minimize the number of staff- the total number of labor force needed in admission department is reduced since computer will take their duties.

4. Deletions and crimes of scores computation are reduced since computer is going to handle the computation.

5. To accessibly store large data Records for campaigners register are kept in electronic form. i.e. in the computer rather of making use of big train and paper which enthrall a lot of spaces.
