This enrollment is conducted in all the countries in Nigeria in a given period of the time. numerous a times, the process is clumsy, not organized and posses a lot of stress to scholars. So, the thing of this design is to give a readily accessible and stoner-friendly system for scholars to register for UTME online and also to pierce the result of the examination online. This would be analogous to other online enrollment forms, but it’ll also feature the following advantages; as a web- grounded system, scholars will be suitable to have access from any computer that has a web cybersurfer and is connected to the Internet to register for UTME, with a graphical interface, this system will be more stoner-friendly and intuitive to use. The purpose of this study is to design an online database for unified tertiary and matriculation examination for the purpose of online enrollment form for pupil’s examination enrollment and checking of result online.
