Abstract 

Pupil attendance operation system deals with the conservation of the pupil’s attendance details. It’s generates the attendance of the pupil on base of presence in class. It’s maintained on the diurnal base of their attendance. the staffs will be handed with the separate username & word to make the pupil’s status.

The staffs handling the particular subjects responsible to make the attendance for all scholars. Only if the pupil present on that particular period, the attendance will be calculated. The scholars attendance reports grounded on daily and consolidate will be generated.

Attendance Management System is a software developed for diurnal pupil attendance in seminaries, collages and institutes. If facilitates to pierce the attendance information of a particular pupil in a particular class. The information is sorted by the drivers, which will be handed by the schoolteacher for a particular class. This system will also help in assessing attendance eligibility criteria of a pupil
