Abstract
The problem of every sanitarium when the targeted ideal isn’t achieved is that there’s commodity wring either with health care givers, the cases or the general public. In order to ameliorate the standard of health of the cases and keep them precipitously fit. The reason why similar lapse are present then to be sought and the remedy met in order to achieve the set ideal of the sanitarium.
This study is grounded on the station of nursers towards Relapse forestallment among psychiatric cases in Federal neuropsychiatric sanitarium Barnawa Kaduna. The end and ideal of this study are all directed towards bringing out lasting results to dock this imminence. It also intends to laboriously involve the operation of the sanitarium especially on employing new and scientific approach to holistic case care. The instruments used for data collection were from interview and Questionnaire which were represented in irregular form, bar map, pie map and probabilities. nursers were used for the study. the data collected were anatomized. The result showed that numerous factor contribute to the effect of relapse.
