His view tend to have wider support as utmost people feel that the coffers available in these country has the capacity to guarantee every members of the society with their introductory need of life.

 

According to political office report( 1987), corruption is basically a product of our largely personalized materialistic society which emphasizes struggle by individualities to acquire as important wealth as they can without regard to how important wealth was attained. Mba- Afolabi( 1999), maintain that this situation has led individualities and groups of persons to pursue colorful illegal andanti-social means of making wealth.

 

Akintunde( 2007), quested that the challenges that corruption poses to public life is grave. he maintain that since independence on 1960 consecutive administration have been netted in heads of confidence grounded on formulating and enforcing policy that will lead this country out of corruption.

 

Ibrahim and Igbuzor( 2002), editorialized that the poor people in Nigeria rate instability as the crucial cause of poverty, they don’t inescapably see poverty as a cause of fortified conflict. They maintain that the incapability of the government to give introductory infrastructural and introductory service for its crowd, new conflicts have surfaced through politicized agents who have used the condition of the poor people to address the responses or non- responses of the state to the legal literacy of the citizen.

 

Eventually, for the purpose of this study, instability is refers to the breach of peace and security, whether literal, religious, ethno-indigenous, civil, social, profitable and political that have contributed to recreating conflict, which Nigeria has witnessed over the time performing in wanton destruction and loss of lives and property.

3. To examine the weakness of the institution set out to fight corruption

 

4. To make recommendation, that will help in upgrading the problem of corruption and instability in Nigeria.
