In order to make the writing a dream come through certain books and presented papers were Consulted and interviews were made also, after these cheers and interviews it come clear that registers are suffering from numerous thing like office outfit problem s of attending to callers and profession not being admired by staff. Also ignorance of and where one ’( s job ferments and where others job start and a result of some workers elelights in arrogating others job.

likewise, Government should also give a policy on the training of registers as a cautious to encourage registers who embark on tone development.

Background Of The Study

The secretarial profession was allowed to be lower of significance to both business and diligence each over the world in former times. But now it’s known that the secretarial profession is one of the oldest in the world and that where there was a man of action there too was a man of pen to record his deeds.

The public registers Association defined a clerk as an administrative adjunct who possesses a masterly of office skill, who demonstrates the capability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, who exercises action and judgment and who makes decision within the compass of assigned responsibility.

Purpose Of The Study

The purpose of the study is to

1. Find out if there are any aspect of the secretarial job that concern the civil service in Enugu State, if any, the occupational Challenges facing registers.

2. Identify if those functions conflicts with that performed by the Civil menial in Enugu State Civil Service

3. Find out if there functions are useful in runing the Civil Service in Enugu State.

4. Find out if the registers are effective in performing those functions.

 

Significance Of The Study

This study would profit association rehearsing registers and

the pupil registers likewise

Delimitation

Secrtaries are the most important staff in an association. In fact utmost people descvribe them as the life line of similar associations they work in. this exploration work is confined to chancing out the occupational challenges facing registers in the Enugu Sate civil service. The Ministries of Education and workshop were used for the study.
