INTRODUCTION

This echoes the need for commercial property acquisition in order to conduct economic and business transactions.

Ogui urban is located in Enugu state’s capital city and has a typical urban atmosphere, bordered by important roads and towns such as Oni – Asata, Holy Ghost, Ziks Avenue, Okpara Avenue, and others, making it accessible for any type of business transaction. LIMITATION OF THE STUDY

The discrepancy of documents as the Ogui municipal and regional planning authority limits our research to some extent. Some officials weren’t always present to provide or distribute the required map diagram. It was also hampered to some extent by a lack of financial resources.
