Abstract

A number of problems associated with pupil enrollment number which include include indecorous course enrollment , late release of scholars ’ results, and trip due to homemade and tedious computation and reclamation difficulties inefficiency due to Lack of Student Registration number. In utmost cases the data generated by academic institutions are generally created innon-delineated lines for use by different departments units within the institutions with the same data appearing on several of these lines. This means that a simple change of address would have to be reused in two and presumably three or four places, depending on the number of other lines on which these data appears. The development of database conception is the answer to these problems where the quantum of spare data is reduced and the possibility that data contained on a train might be inaccurate because they were noway streamlined.

This design discusses the design and perpetration of a pupil enrollment number system database operation with Microsoft Access 2003. It also discusses the issues of opting applicable database model, interface design, system deployment and conservation. A protuberance of record growth in relation to pupil population and system demand was carried out in the study. Eventually it discusses the connection of the system in academic institutions. The Programming language used in developing this operation is VisualBasic.net 2012. It runs in Windows 98 to rearmost Windows 10.
